I've made a new observation lately, please comment if you have any thoughts on this:
I have started to be more carefull on the amount of moisturizer i put on my skin, as an excessive amount ends up irritating my skin. My understanding is that you create a layer of old moisturizer on your skin which makes it possible for bacterias to grow if you apply too much. So lately I've tried to apply just enough to keep smooth, and sometimes, even a little less than that. I have realy good experiences with this approach which is quite new to me.
And if someone could comment on water heat when showering, i would really appriciate if someone has learned something usefull about this.
Hello, Im a 25 years old Norwegian guy. This blog is meant for people with atopcic eczema that knows the basics, and want to read a story of someone getting better, so read on if you want to know what works for me. I have had the disease all my life, and Im constantly trying new things. My experience is that doctors subscribe all kinds of ointments without giving the advice that matters. I hope to help people with this blog, and hopefully gain some knowledge in the process.
